分离柱详细说明咨询
分离柱选配参照复旦大学聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室共享仪器平台的检测标准条件。安捷伦分离柱特点如下:

1)PLgel系列为安捷伦推出的高效分离柱,所需串联数少,节约溶剂,分离效果佳,但价格昂贵。该系列分子量适用于四氢呋喃,氯仿,二氯甲烷等中低极性溶剂,虽然也可以用于DMF中,但分离效果较差。

2)Polargel同为高效分离柱,更适用于DMF,DMSO,水等高极性溶剂。我们曾比较过PLgel和Polargel以及waters分离柱在DMF中的效果,Polargel在精确性及可靠性上遥遥领先,再验证了单根检测效果及考虑到其昂贵的价格后,我们仅配备了一根柱子(该系列仅两个型号柱子,另一为超高分子量区间)。

THF相Waters型号:GPC test was performed in THF solution at 35 °C with an elution rate of 1.0 mL min−1 on a Waters-E2695 GPC system equipped with a refractive index detector. The apparent molecular weights were determined on a PLgel Mixed-B and a PLgel Mixed-C columns using linear poly(methyl methacrylate) or PS (polystyrene) as standards.

THF相Agilent型号:GPC test was performed in THF solution at 35 °C with an elution rate of 1.0 mL min−1 on a Agilent Technologies 1260 Infinity II GPC system equipped with a refractive index detector. The apparent molecular weights were determined on a PLgel Mixed-B and a PLgel Mixed-C columns using linear poly(methyl methacrylate) or PS (polystyrene) as standards.

DMF相Agilent型号:GPC test was performed in DMF solution at 50 °C with an elution rate of 1.0 mL min−1 on a Agilent Technologies 1260 Infinity II GPC system equipped with a refractive index detector. The apparent molecular weights were determined on a single Polargel-M column using linear poly(methyl methacrylate) or PS (polystyrene) as standards.

水相Waters型号:GPC test was performed in H2O solution at 40 °C with an elution rate of 1.0 mL min−1 on a Waters-E2695 GPC system equipped with a refractive index detector. The apparent molecular weights were determined on a single PL aquagel-OH MIXED-M column using linear PEG as standards.
